SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We use Courier Guy as our delivery service, delivered to your door. You also have the option to collect at 16 Rails in Belvedere Square in Claremont, Cape Town.
All orders over R1,500 are delivered free of charge.
Every order has a tracking number which will be emailed to you once you have paid, and specified your address.
Delivery normally takes between 3 and 4 working days.
Returns and Refunds
Returns -
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from date of purchase.
Your returned item must be unused and in the same packaging.

You are responsible to paying for your own shipping costs for your returned items.
Refunds -
Please include your bank details for the refund.
Once your refund is received we will send you an email or whats app as notification.
You will be refunded 7 days after receipt of goods.
We do not refund sale items.
