Shipping
We use Postnet as our delivery service, either to your nearest Postnet branch (R99) or to your door (price to be calculated).
Please specify, in the address field, to which Postnet branch you would like your delivery sent to. If you would like door to door delivery please wait on price calculation before paying your invoice.
All orders over R1200 are free of charge.
Every order has a tracking number which will be emailed to you once you have specified your chosen Postnet branch.
Delivery normally takes between 3 and 4 working days.

Returns and Refunds
Returns -
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from date of purchase.
Your returned item must be unused and in the same packaging.
Please email proof of purchase to - laura@vanillarose.co.za
You are responsible to paying for your own shipping costs for your returned items.

Refunds -
Please include your bank details for the refund.
Once your refund is received we will send you an email or whats app as notification.
You will be refunded 7 days after receipt of goods.
We do not refund sale items.
